RETURNS POLICY

 We hope that you will be happy your purchases but if you are not, or there is a fault with the goods you have ordered, please accept our apologies and return them to us at the address detailed below within 14 days of delivery. We will either exchange the goods or refund you.

 All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging and be in re-saleable condition. Where there is a fault, please let us know the nature of this by email at sales@hisuk.org.

It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of any HIS UK product. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods that go missing during delivery or, for whatever reason, fail to be delivered to us.
